Deep family roots of 5 generations make Carmen a true Seattleite. For Carmen that means always giving back and staying active in her community. Growing up in the CD (Central District) and volunteering since 2nd grade (doing food drives as a Girlscout) Carmen has always had a philanthropic heart. When she found tSB it was a perfect fit! Carmen has been involved with tSB since 2013. She has continuously showed support by volunteering, interning, MCing (as you may have seen at the last 3 year’s of soiree), and most recently working on staff but stepping down to put her mental health first.
She plans on being a mentor, community advocate, and supporting when she can and we are thrilled to present the 2021 Golden Boot Award to her!
