There are many ways that you can support our Core Program. These volunteer opportunities are available from January to June. Whether it’s a one-time volunteer activity or you want to support multiple Core Program days, we look forward to you joining our community.
Cater our Program activities:
Our success is reliant on the depth of the relationship between mentors and youth and we bond best when sharing a meal on a program or snowboarding day. This volunteer role prepares food for approximately 50-60 people. You can donate the food or we can provide a food budget.
On-Call Mountain Support:
The on-call volunteer position supports tSB on-mountain emergency situations that require a tSB participant to leave Program events to seek medical attention. Responsibilities include driving to the mountain in their own vehicle, assisting with accident documentation, and driving participants or following emergency vehicles during an emergency trip. A lift ticket is provided to on-call volunteers once youth depart from the mountain.
Photographer:
A picture is worth a thousand words. We seek photographers for our programs year-round. We would love to become a part of your portfolio! Capture critical moments at events, such as snowboarding days, service projects, and graduation. Volunteers retain ownership and recognition for all their work and tSB will credit photographers if media is utilized on social or the web.
