Natalie (she/her) joined tSB in March 2023 as the Program Specialist.
She received her B.A. in Sociology from Seattle University in 2022. At SU she specialized in community organizing for social change, specifically looking at the work and methods of Black women leaders in community lead movements. While at Seattle U, Natalie worked in the Center for Community Engagement, connecting students on campus to opportunities to serve and connect with the community. She is passionate about understanding and dismantling systems of oppression and believes in the power and importance of youth voices and leadership in grassroots organizing movements.
In her free time, Natalie enjoys traveling, baking, hiking, houseplant care, and playing with her dog Bowie who always reminds her of the importance of fresh air and spending time exploring and connecting with the natural world. She is excited to bring her passion and determination to the work and community at tSB.
