Melissa (She/Her) joined tSB as the Program Operations Manager in June of 2023. Originally from Northeast Ohio, Melissa relocated to Seattle after receiving her B.S. in Community and Public Health from Ohio University in 2020.
Prior to tSB, Melissa worked on coordinating health services for public school districts as a program manager for Public Health – Seattle & King County. Melissa has found freedom in the outdoors and is excited to join the tSB community where social justice and outdoor adventure intersect. She aspires to be a lifelong learner and enjoys pushing her growing edge in every aspect of life. Melissa can be found mountain biking, snowboarding, trail running, or rock climbing on any given day. She also enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
