Madeline or Maddi (she/her) joined tSB as the Program Specialist in January of 2024. Prior to joining staff, she volunteered with us as a snowboard instructor for multiple seasons. Originally born and raised in Long Beach, California, she moved to Seattle in 2017 to attend Seattle University where she earned her B.A. in Cultural Anthropology and M.A. in Sports Business and Leadership.
Before joining tSB, Madeline served as a Program Coordinator for a non-profit focused on creating safe spaces for high school youth through play and movement. In her free time, you can catch her snowboarding, skateboarding, or creating art in a multitude of different mediums.
Madeline has a passion for changing the narrative behind who has access to and is represented in outdoor recreation, especially within snowboarding.
