Elaine (she/her) joined the tSB team in June of 2023 as the Communications Associate. Though, she has been involved with tSB since 2018 as a program participant. Elaine is currently attending the University of Washington pursuing her B.S. in Communications and Media studies. Despite coming straight from high school, Elaine has previously been a Wintern (Development and Program Intern) for tSB. She has also created the Youth Advisory Chair on the tSBoard of Directors, previously the first to hold the position.
Prior to tSB, Elaine has worked at King County Public Health promoting sexual reproductive health education as well as SOWA in community work. She hopes to continue to touch the lives of peers and other youth through the work of tSB, serving and supporting the community.
In her spare time, Elaine likes to explore different medias of art including painting, journaling, and music. She also enjoys hiking, picnics, paddle boarding, immersing herself in art museums, and getting lost in the city. If you ever find yourself needing a skincare fanatic to talk to, Elaine is your gal!
