Caitlin (she/her) joined tSB as a mentor in 2024, and joined staff as the Seasonal Program Operations Coordinator in 2025. She had over ten years of experience working with youth and young adults as a coach, educator, mentor, and administrator. She is passionate about community based work, and deeply believes in the importance of empowering young people to live out their dreams. Caitlin earned her Masters in Reconciliation and Intercultural Studies from Seattle Pacific Seminary, and earned her B.A. in Music from Whitworth University. In her free time, Caitlin loves to cook food for her wife, take pictures of her animals, climb big mountains, and lift weights with friends.
She grew up in a family of snowboarders on the east side of the cascades. Snowboarding was the catalyst for her first experiences of confidence and belonging, and she believes everyone should have access to and be represented in this community.
