Tracy joined the Service Board in 2024 to work with a local organization dedicated to empowering youth and inspiring them to reach beyond their perceived limits. While a relative newcomer to Seattle, Tracy spent many years in the San Francisco Bay Area in non-profit organizations and serving on Boards focused on education and youth development. She then transitioned to working in commercial real estate development where she continues to partner with nonprofit organizations looking to develop real estate for long term sustainability.
As a Board member for tSB, Tracy brings a background in youth development, organizational management, and budgeting to support and promote tSB’s mission. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at UC Berkeley in Psychology and Social Welfare, and then a second master’s in Educational Leadership from the Broad Institute. She currently serves as the Vice Chair as well as a member of the Finance Committee.
When not at work or with tSB, Tracy can be found playing games or exploring everything the PNW has to offer – from spending time outdoors around Seattle and the larger Puget Sound to eating at all the amazing local restaurants –  with her wife, two daughters, and their dog.
