Jesse Higgins (he/him) joined the tSB in December 2025, drawn to an organization whose mission reflects much of his own life’s work: empowering young people, expanding access to opportunity, and building leadership through community and shared experience. An experienced retail leader with nearly three decades of guiding teams, developing people, and shaping operational and cultural functions for a brand that supports the journey of individuation, Jesse is deeply committed to creating systems that foster growth, connection, and belonging.
Raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, Jesse has been snowboarding for nearly a quarter of a century — a connection to the mountains that shaped both his identity and his approach to life. A lifelong mentor and father of four, he has supported young people through coaching youth basketball, helping teens navigate their first jobs, and creating spaces where confidence and belonging can grow. Since moving to the Pacific Northwest in 2016, Jesse has embraced the region’s cultural diversity, love of adventure, and commitment to community connection. He is honored to serve on the tSB Board and is committed to bringing his blend of operational insight, youth-development experience, and human-centered leadership to help the next generation explore, grow, and experience the transformative benefits of the outdoors.
