Project Manager – Lululemon
Carina (she/her) first joined the tSB family as a snowboard instructor in 2023. After a few years of volunteering she wanted to “push her growing edge” and joined the tSBoard in June 2025. Born and raised in Seattle, Carina directly understands the value tSB programming focused on social justice and outdoor adventure brings to the development of our young people. This understanding and her continuous passion for her community has led her to bring her experiences and professional skill set to carry out tSB’s mission, building community through youth.
While she presently works as a project manager, she began her early career earning a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Washington and specialized in bridge construction for multiple light rail projects in the Greater Seattle area. Though she has transitioned from work of literally building up the community, social justice and leveling out the playing field still remains a focus for her as she continues to find new ways to do so. Outside of the winter months where she is snowboarding with tSB, Carina enjoys learning a new sport or having a good cup of coffee or matcha in different neighborhood cafes.
